28 Days to Health and Happiness

Summer is just around the corner, and many people are looking forward to warmer weather and outdoor activities. But what about your health? As you prepare for summer, make sure that you take care of yourself and tackle any unhealthy habits by following these helpful tips: Join Us for the 28 Days to Health and Happiness Program and you will have all the tools needed. Join the Program This past Wednesday our special guest was Carol Ebert, RN who has a wellness business, certified Wellness Coach, she has a Master's Degree in Health Education and she is also an author and shared information on her workbook which is a personally guided book on self-care. We had a great discussion and will do a collaborative project with Carol beginning in May. We will be doing a Wellness Program called "28 Days to Health and Happiness", Get Ready for Summer. It is an amazing program. This new program will get rolled out this first time as "Free". No charge to participate. This will be an amazing program and chances are it will not be free the next time around, so take advantage of it now.

The program will have a private Facebook Group, each participant gets the 42 page guide complete with recipes and strategies for maintaining good health. Each person also get's an accompanying journal that has 60 days worth of entries in it! We'll do daily content on our social media platforms as well weekly Zoom meetings to stay connected throughout this four-week journey. It will start May 1-May 28

Carol shared a great story about her journey to wellness which was very inspiring. It is always interesting when people come on the show and share their stories with us because it can inspire others in our audience that are struggling or going through challenges of some kind, so we like having Carol as one stop along this our "Live" broadcasts Conversations with Your Nurse Advocates. She shared that she has been working with many different audiences for the last 20 years and her focus in speaking engagements typically revolves around self-care, time management skills as well wellness programs to help people live their best lives possible! It was great having Carol come talk about these topics and we are very excited to collaborate with Carol on this project.
